Sandra Sue Milburn

Sandy Milburn, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, and sister, passed away on September 7, 2026, at the age of 71.

Sandy was born on January 1, 1955, to Martin and Dorothy Carter. She was the devoted wife of Jim Milburn, with whom she shared 55 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a life centered around love, family, and the many memories they created along the way.

Sandy was a loving mother to her daughters, Steph Hoskins (Nate Hoskins) and Kim Arwine (Mike Arwine). She was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren and a great-grandmother to one. Her family meant everything to her, and she treasured the time she spent surrounded by the people she loved most.

Sandy had a simple way of finding joy in everyday life. She loved watching game shows, spending time with her family, and being part of the family-run pizza place. Whether she was cheering on her loved ones, enjoying her favorite game show, or simply being together with family, Sandy found happiness in the moments that mattered most.

Sandy was also a beloved sister to the late Marsha Carter and her half-sister, Janet Emmons. She will be deeply missed by her husband, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchild, extended family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Sandy leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through the generations. Her warmth, her devotion to her family, and the memories she created will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

Though she may no longer be here in person, Sandy’s love will live on through her family and in all the lives she touched.
