Ruth Ann Winkler (nee Malott), age 76, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023, loving mother of Kendra Rae (Christopher) Snelling, devoted sister of Richard (Yvonne) Malott and preceded in death by her sisters Judy Malott and Virginia Glover. Services will be held at the Maham Funeral Home, 187 North Second Street, Williamsburg, Ohio on Friday, April 7, 2023 at 11am. Visitation will be from 9am until the time of service at the funeral home.
