Ruth Louise Rackley, age 92, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022, loving mother of Pam (Phillip) Dragsean, David W. Rackley, Susan Jeffers and preceded in death by her daughter Cathy Rackley and her son John Rackley III. Graveside Services will be held at Greenberry Cemetery, 4920 Glancey Corner Marathon Road, Williamsburg, Ohio on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 11am.
