Russell Lee Smith

Russell Lee Smith, age 87 of Mt. Orab, Ohio, passed away at his residence on September 17,2026. He was a husband, a father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a brother who'll be greatly missed. Born January 8, 1939, in Williamsburg, Ohio. He worked as a Tool& Die maker for the Weir- Kilby Company where he retired. He has two sons from his first marriage Gary L Smith and Jeffery S. Smith. Russell was preceded in death by his sencond wife Eilene nee Sprague Smith of Williamsburg, who passed away in 1992, and third wife Janis nee Ludwick Smith who passed on April 29, 2025.Russell was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Mandy Smith, sisters Mildred, Rachael and Helen and brothers Howard, Walker and Junior. He's survived by his two daughters Christina Maynard and Lori (John) Curless, 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Family and friend are invited to a graveside service at the Williamsburg Cemetery 824 Gay Street Williamsburg, Ohio 45176 on Tuesday September 29,2026 1:00 P:M
