CARTER Ronnie Dean, age 61, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020, beloved son of the late Levi and Emma (nee Taylor) Carter, loving brother of Darlene Feiss, Jackie Carter, Willard Carter and the late Levi Carter Jr., also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be held at the Maham Funeral Home, 187 North Second Street, Williamsburg, Ohio on Monday, February 17, 2020 at 12pm. Visitation will be from 10am until the time of service at the funeral home.
