Parr age 81, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018, loving husband of Betty Parr for 45 years, loving father of Robb Parr, Colonel David (Liza) Parr, Tammy (Brian) Crowthers and Sheri (Randy) Lyons, cherished grandfather of Kaitlan, Christopher, Collin and Taylor. A Memorial Service will be held at the Williamsburg United Methodist Church, 330 Gay Street, Williamsburg, Ohio on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 11:00am.
