DEEL Myers Roy, beloved husband of the late Peggy Kautz Deel and surviving spouse Georgia (nee Boggs) loving father of Cheryl (Philip) Hess, Scott (Sandy) Deel, Carole (Joel) Deel-Bennett, and stepfather of Marsha Messina, beloved brother of Evelyn Strathmann, Dear grandfather of Jeremy (Dr. Crystal Day-Hess), Terri Faldowski, step grandfather of Chase Messina, C.J. Messina, Alexis Travis, great-grandfather of Hannah Faldowski, Elliot Thompson and Emerson Hess, Dear Uncle of Lisa (Michael) LaPlant and Steven (Jean) Strathmann. Myers passed away from this earth on Saturday April 6, 2019 at age 91. Born August 26, 1927 to the late Collard and Katherine Deel. Myers was a graduate of Williamsburg High School. Myers was a retired dairy farmer managing Tally-Ho Dairy Farm as well as retired bailiff of Clermont County Courts. Myers' life was one of community service in the following capacities; Williamsburg Township Trustee for 32 years, Clermont County Board of Elections, Clermont County Republican Central Committeeman, Clermont County Senior Services Board, Metropolitan Housing Board, Cincinnati Milk Sales Association member, former Williamsburg First Presbyterian Church session member, and Clermont Social Lodge #29-F. &AM Masonic Lodge. Myers was an avid gardner, astute follower of politics, and a life long Cincinnati Reds fan. Services will be held at the Williamsburg Presbyterian Church on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 12pm. Visitation will be from 10am until the time of service at the church. The family prefers memorials to the Susan G. Komen Fund (Breast Cancer Care), 6120 South Gilmore Road, Fairfield, Ohio 45014 or the St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959
