PERKINS Minnis Maxine (nee Thompson), age 89, passed away Friday, August 5, 2016, beloved wife of the late James Perkins, loving mother of Sandy (Terrie) Haynes, Tammy Serey and James (Stacie) Perkins, cherished grandmother of Andrea Wilson, Jon Haynes, Liz Daniels, John Serey, Jessie Serey and Seth Perkins, also survived by 8 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at the Clear Mountain Community Church, 4050 Tollgate Road, Batavia, Ohio on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 11am. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 6 to 8pm at the church.
