Marvin E. Morris

Marvin E. Morris (Korean War Veteran), age 89, passed away Friday, February 17, 2023, beloved husband of 66 years to Loretta Morris (nee Ogden), loving father of Kathy (Dennis) McWhorter, Anne LaMar and preceded in death by his daughter Karen Scott, devoted father-in-law to K. Robert Scott, devoted son of the late Joseph and Leora Morris, cherished grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.  Marvin was born 3rd of eight siblings in his family.  He was an active member of the Mulberry Wesleyan Church for 63 years.  He also worked for General Electric for 27 years.  He will be missed by his family and many friends.  Services will be held at the Maham Funeral Home, 187 North Second Street, Williamsburg, Ohio on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 12pm.  Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to Honor Flight, 1405 South Fern Street #702, Arlington VA 22202 - www.honorflight.org, American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas TX 75231-www.heart.org/donate or TWO:19 Church, 949 Business 28, Milford, Ohio 45150- https://two19church.com.
