Lawrence Wayne Grigsby III, age 46, passed away Thursday June 12, 2025, beloved son to Lawrence Grigsby and the late Karen Nee Ilhardt Grigsby, loving brother to Sonya (Rick) Cox, Uncle to Shawntee Caskey, Brandy Grigsby and Hunter Grigsby, nephew to Pamela Blasky, Paula Roehm, Claudia Gilreath, April Norvell, Sandy Daye, Jack Grigsby, Danny Ilhardt, Tommy Ilhardt and Donald Ilhardt, Lawrence is precede in death to Shelia Zachary and Robin Malott. Service will be held at the Maham Funeral Home, 187 North Second Street, Williamsburg, Ohio on Wednesday 1:00 PM. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Living life with passion, purpose, and heart. He was a man of unwavering loyalty, unshakable grit, and quiet strength. Born on May 24th, 1979, Wayne grew up with a fishing pole in one hand and dreams of the open road in the other. From an early age, he found solace in stillness of the woods, thrill of NASCAR finish line and the steady rhythm of a game of pool. He was a proud Bengals fan through every high and low, and Sunday's were made for football surround by friends, laughter and hopeful heart that this year might just be the one. Weather he was telling a hunting story around the campfire, sinking the 8 ball in a smoky pool hall or cheering loudly in his living room, Wayne brought people together.
