Kelley Hensley

Kelley Hensley, age 49, passed away on Monday December 1, 2025 at her residence in Williamsburg, OH.

She was born August 31, 1976 in Covington, KY, daughter of Terry Sullivan and Linda Chestnut.

Kelley worked as a Senior Account Manager for Sims- Lohman. She was an avid fitness enthusiast, enjoying walking and hiking as well as working out.

Surviving are husband, Shane Hensley of Williamsburg, OH, parents, Terry Sullivan and Linda Sullivan, of Florence, KY. She is a mother to Isabelle Middendorf, Logan Middendorf, Adam Middendorf, step mother to, Emily Hensley and Lyla Hensley. She is a sister to Ryan Sullivan of Florence KY., a niece to Norma Dwyer, Sherry Ramey and David Tyree., and an aunt to several nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life service will be held at True Life Christian Church, Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Kris Lagergram officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service at the church on Saturday.
