FREEMAN Jerry W., age 61, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021, beloved husband of Fran Freeman (nee Hardy), loving father of David Kuykendall, Michaell (Amanda) Kuykendall and Dannielle (Anthony) Proffitt, devoted brother of Sidney (Carol) Freeman, Pam Freeman and Wanda (John) Somboretz, cherished papaw of Kristin (Kristopher) Martin, Kourtney Kuykendall, Kaitlyn Kuykendall, Kallee Proffitt, Cassie Proffitt and Lane Proffitt, cherished great-papaw of Karter Martin. Visitation will be held at the Maham Funeral Home, 187 North Second Street, Williamsburg, Ohio on Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 6 to 8pm.
