James Edward Peters

James "Jim" Edward Peters, age 81 passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024 ,beloved husband of 47 years to Gloria Peters, loving father to Jim ( Jennie) Peters, Brian ( Heather) Peters, Kim ( Robert) Davidson, Debbie ( the late Jerry ) Day, Robin Spradlin, Paula ( the late Chuck) Smith and Shannon (Shawn) Davis, brother of  Sandy (Bob) Peterson, cherished grandfather to Jimmy, Chris, Lauren ,Hailey, Connor, Michael, Sue, Paul, Alicia, Brandon, Travis, Tara, Tim, Matt, Chuck, Gabe, Logan, Chloe, Kirstyn, Kylie, Keegan and numerous great- grandchildren, preceded in death by his granddaughter Taylor. Service will be held at the Landmark Church 1450 Clough Pike, Batavia, Ohio 45103 on Thursday 7:30 PM. Visitation will be from 6:30 PM until time of Services at the church. Burial will be on Friday September 27, 2024, 10:00 am at the Williamsburg Cemetery 824 Gay Street, Williamsburg, Ohio 45176 with Military Honors for his service in the Navy in Vietnam.  Everyone is invited to gather at the funeral home Friday morning at 9:30 to escort Mr. Peters to his military service. In lieu of flowers memorials contribution can be direct to help family with funeral expenses.
