Jerry Gregerson

GREGERSON (Army Veteran) Gerald S., age 94, passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021, beloved husband of the late Raymona Gregerson (nee Stewart), loving father of Brad Gregerson, Linda G. (Brian) Bukvic, Laurie (Mike-deceased) Gentile and preceded in death by his son Grant Gregerson, cherished grandfather of Piller Gregerson Tony (Skye) Grererson Stewart Gregerson, Garrett Sharp, Allison (Brandon) Durham and preceded in death by his grandson Russell Durham. cherished great-grandfather of Zachary Gregerson, Torrey Gregerson, Chloe Gregerson and Liam Gregerson. Jerry's long career in the insurance business took him and his family to Washington State, Granada Hills California and the Cincinnati area. He moved up the ladder from sales to The Director of Training and Development for Great American Insurance Co. He retired in 1989. Education was always important to Jerry, for himself and the generations that followed. He even took a C.P.C.U. Insurance course that was very involved and it took him years to complete. It was important for him to be current. Not many people accomplished that level of further education. He was well respected in the working world and beyond. He had a wonderful, sometimes salty sense of humor. He had longtime friendships that he enjoyed, in edition to his family and neighbors. The word "Integrity" comes to mind. He always left people, places and things better than the wqay he found them. Memorial Services will be held at the Maham Funeral Home, 187 North Second Street, Williamsburg, Ohio on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 1pm. Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family prefers Memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati, 7691 Five mile road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45230 or the League for Animal Welfare, 4193 Taylor Road, Batavia, Ohio 45103.
