SMITH (Korean War Veteran) - Marine Corps. Frank Charles (age 91) of Lynchburg, Ohio passed away Friday, July 30, 2021, father of Steve (Becky) Smith and Brenda (Larry) Amerine, also survived by his sister Joyce Harkins and preceded in death by 2 brothers and 4 sisters, he is also survived by his grandchildren Brent, Tricia and Ashley as well as one great-grandchild Gloria. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
