Erma Lee Shelton

Erma Lee Shelton, age 88, of Williamsburg, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at Hospice of Hope Regional Medical Center in Seaman, OH.

She was born August 24, 1938 in Estill County, KY, daughter of the late Raymond H. Plowmqn and Goldie Mae Harris Plowman.

She was a member of the Bethel Pentecostal Church of God.

Surviving is her husband, Carl Edward Shelton, Sr., whom she married March 29, 1969, children, Carl Edward Shelton, Jr., Lisa L. White, Matthew D. Shelton, Christopher David Shelton, DuSean Shelton, 16 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, three sisters, Juanita Taylor, Doris Horton and Kathy Burke.

In addition to her parents, Erma was preceded in death by a sister, Freda Osborne and an infant brother, Harold Plowman.

Services will be held at Maham Funeral Home, 187 N. Second St. Williamsburg, OH, Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Larry Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the Williamsburg Cemetery, Williamsburg, Ohio.

Friends will be received at Maham Funeral Home Tuesday November 3, 2026 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
