WILKEY (U.S. Navy Veteran) Elmer, age 91, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020, beloved husband of the late Martha Jean Wilkey (nee Foster), loving father of Sharon (Phil) Hickerson and Karen (Jay) Moore, cherished grandfather of Evan Moore and Anna Stearns, cherished great-grandfather of Isabella Stearns. Graveside Services will be held at Williamsburg Cemetery, 824 Gay Street, Williamsburg, Ohio on Friday, December 11, 2020 at 11am. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to Morris Nursing Home, 322 South Charity Street, Bethel, Ohio 45106.
