David Michael Chase Sr., age 82, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, beloved husband of the late Caroline Chase, loving father of Charles Kenneth Chase Sr., David Michael (Bonnie) Chase Jr. and the late Sandy Chase, devoted brother of Barbara Hill, Judy Stowe, Jim Chase, Bill Chase, Gary Chase, Karen Brown and Rick Chase, cherished grandfather of Amber Jordan, David M. Chase III, Adam Chase, Jessica Stone and Charles Chase Jr., also survived by 11 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to "The Glen" 4300 Glen Este-Withamsville Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245.
