Chad Eugene Cox

Chad Eugene Cox, age 41, passed away Monday, June 3, 2024, Chad was the son of Laverne Cox (nee Moore) and the late Anthony "Tony" Cox.  He was a beloved grandson to Peggy Hatton.  Chad was a faithful brother to Kevin Cox.  He is also survived by his uncle Jeff and aunt Angie Moore as well as cousins Justin Charles and Kyle Moore.  Chad was always caring and dependable to his many friends and colleagues.  He had a giving heart to all those near to him.  Chad found joy in brightening other people's day with a smile or small gift of appreciation.  Chad never hesitated to give his time and efforts to those who needed him.  He enjoyed the outdoors and the life on the road as a route driver.  Chad will be missed dearly by his family and the many others he interacted with daily.  Services will be held at the Central Baptist Church, 3235 Williamsburg-Bantam Road, Batavia, Ohio on Monday, June 10, 2024 at 7:00pm.  Visitation will be held from 6:00pm until the time of service at the church.  In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorial donations to Maham Funeral Home, 187 North Second Street, Williamsburg, Ohio 45176.
